Menus

• Only Custom Menu Groups can be added to the Tile Menu – A group is added if one or more items in the Group have Tile Menu checked.
• Menus (Setup) – Drag-n-Drop has been enabled to move items up and down.

Email

• Functionality has been added to ‘Open Attachment’ from the Email edit view.
• Note: Attachments are not saved after the email is sent.
• HTML Editor – A ‘Format’ button has been added.

Items

List View > The Variation Code column has been hidden by default.

Codes have been added to the Filter > Type lookup list – e.g. Material (MAT).

Item Summary – Min Qty, Unit Price, Value columns have been hidden by default.

Inventory Summary View – The following fields have been made editable:
Cost Price, Unit Price (Editable), Min Qty (Editable) – Batch Updates for Editable fields.

Pricing View > Selling Prices – Added columns: Fixed Cost, Unit Cost, Profit, GM% (Hidden by default). Batch Updates have been added for Price (Amount) and Price (GM%).
Batch Updates: Price Amount / GM% clears ‘Price From’.

Transactions

• The ‘Fix’ column in the Transaction Items grid has now been hidden by default.
• The Location lookup in Transaction Items now displays the Location code only.
• The Cus/Sup Status is now appended to the Cus/Sup name in the Company lookup – e.g. Company Name (Active).
• Edit View – Batch Update functionality has been added for VAT and Category.
• When you create a new Customer or Supplier from a Transaction:
  • The Cancel button has been removed.
  • If you close the form and the Cus/Sup name is blank, you will be prompted to delete the empty record.

The dialog used to add Items to a Transaction can now be filtered as follows:

• Customer Transaction – Filter on Customer selected on Transaction = Customer linked to Items (Unchecked by default)
• Supplier Transaction – Filter on Supplier (In supplier Prices) – Checked by default.

Transaction Types

• A setting has been added: Enable Item Status (T/F – False by default) – When False, all reference to Item Status is hidden.
• Copy Rules by Status Trigger – Trigger now only cancels if Status moves down or to a Cancelled Status Group.
• Status – A Default has been added for ‘Output’.

Ledger

A Transaction View has been added which allows you to find transactions without Items.

Estimating

Settings – The Category setting now allows you to select one Category only. If a Category is selected in the Estimate Settings, the Part and Group settings are disabled and vice versa.

Fixes

Doc Designer > Transaction Header – The Rep column now displays the contact Code (previously the full name was displayed.)
The ‘/Unit’ footer summary has been removed from the Transaction Items grid view.
Fixed: The Transaction Items popup menu displayed an ‘Open Estimate’ menu item when estimating was not enabled for the Transaction.
Fixed: If you opened a Contact and then tried to open a Customer, a blank Edit form would be opened.
The ‘Complete’ Status group filter has been removed from Customers and Suppliers Filter.
Fixed: Users – the function to ‘Check Connected Users’ was not working.
Fixed: You were not able to add items to an Estimate if a general Category was selected.
Fixed: Items > Prices – If a Cost Price was set to ‘Price from Costing’, the price was not updated according to Costing and Cost Price Units.
Fixed: Items > Prices – Checking and Unchecking the ‘Inc’ field on Sell Prices had no effect.
Fixed: The Users > Email ‘From Name’ setting was not working.
The Output (Print, Preview, Email) functions have been reworked to make them more robust. (we’ve had instances of an incorrect attachment going out on email)

Document Designer

• Added Line Height setting to Transaction Header.
• Fixed: When Margin = 0, the default margin was assigned – now 0 = 0 margin – null values no longer supported
  

Fixes

Fixed: Transaction – When you click Menu > Select a different Proposal, the existing selection is now cleared by default.
Fixed: Items – Don’t allow edit Attributes if Edit Items
