Fixed: The Save/Restore grid functionality in transactions/services was in some cases not working.
Fixed: Assets > ‘Updated by’ column was blank
Fixed: Ledger > The grouping on the New button was not working correctly if there were no Supplier Transactions
Fixed: Transactions > The Global Refresh did not update the Reference lookup query
Fixed: SM > The ‘Assign to’ lookup was truncating names
Fixed: When you copied a Supplier transaction, you were warned that the Supplier was not Active, even if the Supplier was active.

Service Modules

The Detail View now displays Contact details – Contact, Rep, Assign to – and Asset Attributes for Asset linked to SM.
An Action > ‘Link to Service’ has been added to the Transactions Actions Menu (button)
A Total (exc) column has been added to the Transactions Grid View.

Service Modules – Profit / Loss

Settings have been added to identify transactions and timekeeping that contribute income / expenses to a SM module (Projects, NCRs, etc.). Settings:

  • Timekeeping – Expenses (+) – Y/N
  • Transactions – Expenses (+) – multi-select Transactions that contribute expenses – e.g. SI, Cash Expenses
  • Transactions – Expenses (-) – multi-select Transactions that reverse expenses – e.g. Supplier Debit Notes
  • Transactions – Income (+) – multi-select Transactions that contribute income – e.g. CI
  • Transactions – Income (-) – multi-select Transactions that reverse income – e.g. CC

When these settings are enabled, a Profit/Loss summary is displayed in the centre panel.

NCR – Service Modules

You are now able to setup a Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) module using Service Types.
– Setting > NCR > Enable NCR – Y/N
– Add Categories: Default Categories > NCR
– Add Status > Default Status > NCR
– Add Notes > Default Notes > NCR (If you add the notes after the Status, the Notes will include links to update Status.)

Transactions – An additional field has been added to the Transaction Headers to allow a Problem Transaction to be linked to, say, a Workflow SM as well as an NCR SM – fieldname: project_id_ncr

Note: The Setting to ‘Enable Company’ is set at a Category level for NCRs – the setting is ignored when you add it to Settings.

NCR > Transactions

Setting > General > Enable NCR (Problem) (Y/N (Default = No)
Copy Rule – Execute = Transaction (NCR)

When a Transaction is linked to an NCR as the Problem transaction (setting above), the following NCR Actions are added to the Actions (button) dropdown

  • Create NCR (Problem) – This will create a new NCR and link the current Transaction as the Problem Transaction.
  • Link to NCR (Problem) – This will link the current transaction as the problem transaction to an existing NCR. (Warnings apply)
  • Copy Actions where Execute = Transaction > NCR

Note: the NCR No. is displayed in the red warning bar on Problem Transactions

Transactions

Functionality added to Edit View > Menu (button) > to navigate to Production modules.
The prefix ‘Warning – ‘ has been removed from messages in the red warning bar.

Assets

A popup menu has been added to Vehicle and Equipment Views:

  • Edit
  • View Notes & Attachments

A Warning is displayed if an Asset, which has been used in a Transaction Item / Header, is deleted.

Contacts

A Warning is displayed if a Contact, which has been used in a Transaction Item, is deleted.

Fixes

Fixed: When a Staff member was deleted, the Entity link was not deleted.
Fixed: You were able to delete read-only transactions from the List View.
Fixed: When a Transaction Item was copied, the new Item was not focussed.
Fixed: SM – Warning about User Email – was looking at User table instead of Contacts table

Calendar

Alternate Captions in Transaction Items updated

A Warning is displayed if Calendar settings are incomplete or no Resources have been assigned.

Added functionality to work in Years/Months – eg. for property rentals.

Functionality added to search/filter Resources

Added Unallocated Resource to Calendar.
Setting: Resource used for unallocated Events (Enter Name) – if Blank, this resource is not created.
Events are populated to the Unallocated Resource if the Resource is blank, but a Start and End date has been set.

Can move/size events – linked Transaction is updated
Functionality added to search/filter Resources
Transaction Setting > Calendar > Set Quantity from Calendar (Duration between Start and End Dates) – The Qty is set by Minor Scale – Hours, Days, Months etc.
Note – Days functionality is based on a Check-in/Check-out model – so 12/10/25 – 13/10/25 = 1 day
Transaction update method:

  • Update Start Date – Qty is updated
  • Update End Date – Qty is updated
  • Update Qty – End Date is updated

Note: Dates/Quantities are rounded to the minor scale on the Calendar: 15min, 30Min, 60 Min, Days or Months

The Item No has been added to the Event title – eg. QT232/1

Orphan events are now deleted when the Calendar is opened – eg. when a Resource is removed from the Calendar – linked transactions are not updated, however.
